Top Ten Tuesday Twenty Two – Top Ten Books I’d Slay A Lion To Get Early

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly feature/ meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl.

This weeks topic is one I was very excited about as there are so many books that I can not wait to get my hands on that are set to be released later this year, or even in 2019.  Alot of these books were also featured in my most anticipated releases for the first half of the year, but I just had to mention them again because I would most definitely slay a lion to get all of them early.

So here are seven books that I would slay a lion to get early!

Six Of Crows by Leigh Bardugo (1)

After the spectacular-ness that was Flame in the Mist, I would quite happily do absolutely anything, including slay a lion, to get this one early.  I just need more Renee Ahdieh in my life and can not wait to read more from these characters in this world, as well as to see how this story continues and concludes.

Similarly to Smoke in the Sun, I am just so desperate to continue this series that I have thoroughly enjoyed so far.  Although I didn’t love A Torch Against the Night as much as the first novel, I still can not wait to see what happens to our characters who I have grown to absolutely adore, and so would most definitely slay a lion in order to get this one early.

This is honestly the author combination of my dreams, and so of course I would slay a lion in order to get this gorgeous book early.  I love both of these and their books so much that I cannot even begin to imagine what amazing-ness they will create together, and so I am definitely already counting down the days till this book is released into the world.

The weather in England is finally picking up, and so I am now hugely craving summery reads to match, such as this book that I can not wait to get my hands on.  I love Morgan Matson’s books, and so I am so excited for the release of this one, especially as it just sounds so cute with the wedding setting that just makes me even more desperate to get my hands on this.

This one I am even more desperate to get early, not only because I can not wait to read this book, but also because I have actually already pre-ordered a signed copy of this one, and so I am just so excited to be able to hold a signed edition of one of my favourite author’s books in my hands.

I can not wait for the day that I can get my hands on this book, so that I don’t have to just continuously stalk Cait’s blog (although I will probably continue to do this anyway…) but instead can finally actually dive into one of her books that I have been waiting for forever!  After hearing her talk about her writing for so long, and falling in love with the synopsis for this book, I am just so excited for the release of this book, and would happily do just about anything in order to get it early.

Finally, this one is definitely the book with the latest release date considering it is not set to be released until next year, but nonetheless I am already desperately anticipating the release of this one.  I just really want to see what happens next in this story and return to this gorgeous world so I would definitely slay a lion if it meant that I could get this book early.

What books would you slay a lion to get early?  If you could only get one of your most anticipated books early, what book would it be?  Are you excited about any of these?
